Where Do You Have a Happy Lunch?
In Kanda, we have three dining rooms. Where do you often have a lunch?? This time I focus on Lapas!! It locates in the end of building 4 and 1st floor.
The manager of Lapas is Mr.Akagi, he is also the manager of Balcone and Kyugaku. Maybe every student has seen him, because he works everyday and so long. So I interviewed him some questions.
I “What menu are popular among students??”
Mr. Akagi “unnn… Ramen and an omelet containing fried rice!!”
I “That’s right; I saw a long line for ramen before. What do you recommend to eat??”
Mr. Akagi “unnnnnnnn….. All of them!!!!!”
I “Yes, it must be!! Anyway, who does make an idea of new menu??”
Mr.Akagi “I do, of cause!! We have special menu a couple of times a month. For next month, we suppose to have Senbeijiru!! It is from Aomori, and it has nice music so we will sell it with sounds!!”
I “Wow, that’s nice idea!!”
He was really friendly and other employees seem very fun. However, they work very hard even idle time. They work from at 9 to at 15, but the manager works from at 6 to at 20!! They consider about students health very much, especially in the term of test. It is very important for us!!
They said that when they are said from students “I had a nice meal” or just “Hi!!” they feel very happy. They hope that many students come to Lapas and have some special menu and have fun!!
From this interview, I got the importance of an effort in the background, and we need to say something thanks to them a lot.
